GreatDay HR’s Company Mood feature aims to measure how employees are doing and feeling. One of the main reasons GreatDay HR was founded is to help empower employees both professionally and mentally. This is why we developed this feature to showcase how much GreatDay HR cares about an employee’s mental wellbeing.

This feature can be configured to appear on your employees’ mobile app once a week when recording their attendance. They can pick a smiley face to represent their mood for the day and why they feel that way by selecting categories such as career, teammates, working environment, and much more. The results are sent to the administrator through an intuitive analytics report for further review.

Additionally, your team can also write their opinion on what could be better for the company and send complaints and suggestions, all within the app.

Potential insights can be derived from your employees through this feature relating to several facets like compensation, training, wellness, work arrangements, overall satisfaction, mental health, and lots more. All these data can be conveniently seen via the Polling Dashboard.
